Free standard shipping on every order
Every order includes free standard shipping. Priority shipping is available as the second option at checkout, where its price and your final total are shown before payment.
Processing and delivery
Delivery depends on the products, destination and available shipping route. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, local holidays and carrier delays can affect transit.
Products may ship in separate parcels. If an order has more than one tracking number, each parcel can arrive on a different day.
Tracking your parcel
Your shipping confirmation contains tracking details when they’re available. It can take time for a carrier’s first scan to appear. For help with an older Shopify order, send us your order number through the contact page.
A problem with delivery
Check the shipping address in your confirmation and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If tracking stops updating or an item arrives damaged, send us the order number and details so we can investigate.
