Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Your final order total, any shipping charge and accepted discount are displayed before you pay. Bundle quantities include both paid and free items.

Your order is confirmed after the payment provider verifies successful payment. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Optional offers

Post-purchase offers are optional additional purchases. The offer shows the total before you accept. Declining an offer leaves your confirmed original order in place. Express payment and buy-now-pay-later methods depend on your device, location, currency and provider eligibility.

Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms. Contact us promptly if a delivery address needs changing or if your parcel arrives damaged. We’ll help resolve the issue using the order details.
