30 days to request a return
Contact contact@kawaiivibe.com within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Items must be unworn or unused, with their tags and original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Wrong size? We swap it free.
For clothing and footwear, contact us within 30 days of delivery if you need a different size. Your item must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags. We cover the return label and standard delivery of one replacement size for the same item. We will confirm the replacement option with you before arranging the exchange. If the right size is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
Other returns and damaged items
For an accepted return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not send your return to the address printed on a parcel unless we have confirmed it as the return address.
Items that need special care
Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned for a change of mind. Opened personal-care products and worn intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items follow the same return rules as other eligible items. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will confirm receipt and inspection of your return and let you know when a refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Contact contact@kawaiivibe.com with your order number if you need help checking a refund.
